Ingredients: (1 serving)
¼ cup 7 grain hot cereals I use Bob’s Red Millet.¼ cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
¼ cup low fat of fat free yogurt.
Few dried peaches, cut into small pieces.
Almonds (about 6)
Directions:
Stir everything in a jar. Place in the fridge overnight.I chose dried peaches and almonds, but you can top it, in the morning, with any healthy fat of your choice. Add more milk if you like your oats thinner.
My oatmeal portion is ¼ cup of each ingredient, but you can increase it to your portion size.
