Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
½ ripe avocado,
peeled and diced
1 cup almond
milk
10 whole raw almonds,
Directions:
In a blender, combine
banana, avocado, almonds and milk. Blend until smooth and almonds are ground.
If you like a thinner smoothie, add some milk.
Serve immediately,
I always do avocado shake but have never tried it with almonds. This looks wonderful!
