Avocado Almonds Smoothie-Skinny Simple Breakfast-Sunday

Avocado and raw almonds…this smoothie is a combination of good fats.  I like how creamy and sweet it is, and it makes a very satisfying and healthy breakfast.




Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
½ ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1 cup almond milk
10 whole raw almonds,

Directions:

In a blender, combine banana, avocado, almonds and milk. Blend until smooth and almonds are ground. If you like a thinner smoothie, add some milk.

Serve immediately,
