It doesn’t call
for that much of ingredients; you just need to use the ripest and sweetest
nectarine you have (mine was going really bad). Watermelon has to be sweet as
well because it really does make the difference.
Usually, I use
bananas to sweeten my smoothies. But today, I didn’t feel like drinking a thick
smoothy and also I didn’t want to lose the nectarine and watermelon flavours.
So I only added one date, my favourites, as a sweetener, to balance the flavours
out.
1 Nectarine,
pitted with or without skin
1 cup of watermelon
1 small pitted date
In a blender, I use Magic Bullet, blend together, watermelon, nectarine and date until smooth. If you need a sweeter juice, add 1 tsp of honey.
This looks so refreshing, I'm definitely going to give this a go.
