Ingredients:(serves 4)
1lb extra lean ground turkey
½ yellow onion, grated
1 egg white
½ cup quick oat
¼ cup milk
2 tabs tomato paste
1 tabs minced garlic
1 tabs dry oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200c (400F).
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, onion, egg white, quick oat, milk and tomato paste. Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Brush a 12-muffin tin with vegetable oil or extra-virgin olive oil. Use an ice cream scoop to help you fill meat into each tin.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and crispy on top.
Enjoy them with your favorite side.
