Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte - Sunday Skinny Breakfast

I am sharing today my Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte…what’s better than that for Thanksgiving morning breakfast.
Happy Thanksgiving!!

Ingredients: (1 serving)

1 cup of your favorite coffee
1/2 tbsp. pumpkin spice
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Or 1 cup 1% regular milk + ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. pure maple syrup

Directions:

Combine the milk and pumpkin spice in a blender; blend until frothy (I use magic bullet).

Pour the maple syrup in the bottom of your mug and pour the hot coffee over it.

Pour the milk mixture into your coffee using a spoon to hold back the foam. Then scoop the foam on top.

Sip and enjoy your Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte!!
